In January 2019, 7 units of 球盟会 elevators (one of which is the Prime Minister-Only elevator) installed in Rwanda government administrative office complex aided by China are successfully operated to be delivered shortly. Therefore, 球盟会 International Business Team specially rushed to Rwanda for final inspection and provided professional maintenance technical guidance.

The complex is the landmark project of the Chinese government to help the Rwandan government improve the office environment. Since its inception, it has been repeatedly inspected by leaders of China and Rwanda. The project covers an area of 20,000 square meters, with a total construction area of 16,000 square meters. The frame structure has a fan-shaped layout of 8-floor main building and 2 6-floor wing buildings. It serves many government agencies including the Prime Minister's Office. It can accommodate more than 1,100 people.

☆ In 2016, the Chairman of Standing Committee of China’s National People’s Congress Zhang Dejiang and the Prime Minister of Rwanda Murekezi and other officials attended the groundbreaking ceremony of China’s aid to Rwanda Government’s Administrative Office Complex.

☆ In 2018, the Prime Minister of Rwanda, Edouard Ngirente, inspected the project site
