On March 1, 2019, the construction of Cambodia's Tbong Khmum Hospital aided by China was officially started. The groundbreaking ceremony was attended by Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen, Chinese Ambassador to Cambodia Wang Wentian, several senior officials of the Cambodian government and local people.
